  When they say attorney's don't care, they clearly never worked with Dan (Attorney Gattis), and Marilyn! It is clear that Attorney Gattis has built his law firm hard work and integrity. Marilyn is compassionate, knowledgeable, and unstoppable. They make a great team. The two of them worked extremely hard for us with great results!

  A year and a half ago, I was in an accident and I was at a loss on what to do and where to go to proceed. I was encouraged to reach out to Gattis Law Firm through a few friends from Celebration church. Marilyn Tibbit came to my rescue and put me at ease the moment she said, “focus on healing and I’ll take care of the rest”. I knew right then and there I was in good hands. Marilyn worked with me, kept me accountable, and checked constantly on my health and the procedures of what to do next. At the end of everything, I sat with Marilyn and Dan Gattis to close my case and I felt their tender care for me as I was one of their own family members (and they assure me I am to this day, “Don’t be a stranger”). This whole process has been a challenge, but Gattis Law Firm was with me holding my hand every step of the way – and I couldn’t imagine anyone else I would have invited to do this for me. I honestly can’t thank you enough for all that you have done/provided for me. Ya’ll truly exemplify servanthood, honesty, integrity, truth, and above all else, you are for me.

  I wanted to take a moment to comment on the services rendered by Mr. Gattis and his staff, Marilyn in particular. It is far more frequent that people post negative reviews than take the time to post a review when things go right...or very well. I want to say that Marilyn went above and beyond in my case. She was diligent, timely, thorough, and persistent. She kept me informed and abreast of developments in real time. She is a wonderful, honest, and caring person who made my case managable when I felt it wasn't. Mr. Gattis was everything I needed when I needed it. Given the sometimes sensitive and personal nature of issues that we needed to discuss, Mr. Gattis was respectful, sensitive, professional, and courteous. He counselled in a way that allowed me to feel comfortable and confident. Mr. Gattis is ultimately concerned about his client(s) and doing what he needs to ensure that his clients are treated fairly-which in my case meant putting me before himself. I cannot express how thankful I am for the inital referral to Mr. Gattis and his team, and for the way they resolved my case. This firm was professional, client focused, and persistent with a staff of caring and invested individuals-exactly what every legal team should be!
