  My Wife and I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience it was dealing with Kate and Lydia. In my work I deal with attorneys on somewhat regular basis, some need improvement, some are good, and some are great and then there is Kate who is a cut above them all. I cannot say enough good things about Kate and her assistant Lydia. They have made this process an experience that we will never forget, from the first moment till the end. Throughout this process they have kept us informed, collaborated with us and advised on the best way forward.   My experience having GWC Injury Lawyers LLC represent me has been very positive. Contacting the firm from the start was polite introductions and pure courtesy. Cassandra was assigned to my case as my attorney and Blanca as her assistant. They were very polite and provided details to my case in a very understandable way. Workers compensation insurance has been very difficult to work with along with trying to direct them to my preferred surgeon. Cassandra and Blanca made it extremely easy to have the insurance work with the surgeon I needed and mark sure I was properly compensated for my injury. Throughout the case they made it very clear what I needed to do and what documents I needed to proceed with the case as easy and seamless as possible. My case was unique in that I needed surgery as soon as possible. I don't think it would have been possible to get it done in a timely manner without their assistance. The settlement aspect took a long time but from what I read, working with workers compensation insurance is very time consuming and a long process overall, so that is out of control of the firm. Overall, I feel like Cassandra and Blanca handled the case diligently and as quickly as permitted by the limits possible. I would highly recommend them for reaching a proper settlement with workers compensation. Living injured was a difficult part of my life, but hearing of the work and progress and the reassurance from both Blanca and Cassandra made the tough times easy to bear. Thank you for your service.
